The lines to take when turning right or left. When turning left, avoid the unnecessary action of veering off to the right before negotiating the bend. Massive vehicles may have to do this (watch if you are driving behind one) but it is pointless and dangerous when driving a car. For the right turn, move over to the crown of the road in plenty of time, and be patient if the oncoming traffic is heavy.
